SPPCPL provides liasioning service to obtain required permissions, licenses, No Objection Certificates etc only to those entrepreneurs who require complete package from initial start to commencement of production / operation or whose estimated project cost is above 250 lakhs, but don’t do liasioning for individual permissions, licenses, No Objection Certificates.

- Guidance to Project Promoter(s) for selection of visible, sustainable project.
- Guidance for availing Grant-in-aid/ Financial Assistance/ Subsidy and Soft Loan (Interest free loan) as per available schemes at the time of Project Establishment.
- Guidance for availing of Fiscal Incentives like Tax Exemption, Interest Subsidy, Project Insurance Refund, Custom Duty & other incentives available at the time of Project Establishment.
- Analysis and evaluation of a proposed project.
- Preparation of Feasibility Report & Detailed Project Report and Environment Report.
- Guidance to entrepreneurs for obtaining key statutory approvals/ clearances including environmental clearances, which are prerequisite to commencement of the project.
- Services of Professionals like Chartered Accountants, Architects, Chartered Engineer (Civil & Mechanical), Structure, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers and Product Technologists, Industrial & Labor Law Consultants, advocates, IT Engineers and Digital Marketing Experts etc.
