Garg established Single Stop Destination named Shiv Parvati Consultants (SPC) under the umbrella Shiv Parvati Group by appointed Charted Accountants, Architect, Structure, Mechanical, Electronics/ Electrical, Software Engineers, Product Technologists, Research Developers, Scientists & and other experts in various Sectors on recreation basis in his team for facilitating solutions for all kind of problems to be faced by Entrepreneurs and to meet all of requirements including Expert’s Advices & Services in various fields for setting-up of any type of Industry / Project across prospective Industrial Areas of Himachal Pradesh, Delhi & Haryana so that desirous entrepreneurs may get all required services on Turnkey basis at a single destination.
Mr. Garg’s professional knowledge & 18 years experience in the field of Project Management Consultancy inclusive of Project/ Industrial Unit Planning & Analyse, Preparation of Business Plan & Detailed Project Report, Financial Matters, Industry Related Laws, Government Schemes, Acts, Rules, Policies and Documentation etc. and publicity by satisfied clients raised popularity of Mr. Garg & his firm among Entrepreneurs belonging not only to India but also from some other counties.
National Research & Technology Consortium also added SPC as its member in 2005.
Encouraged with 24 years professional life, Global popularity and unbelievable success achieved during 24 years, Mr. Garg & his life partner has incorporated new Venture namely Shiv Parvati Project Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (SPPCPL) under the umbrella of “Shiv Parvati Group” as a company under Companies Act, 1956 on 01-09-2009 by continuing all of experts appointed in the year 2002.
SPPCPL also joined National Research & Technology Consortium as member in 2010.
SPPCPL realized that that there is need of facilitating the existed Entrepreneurs with new innovative ideas and to motivate the new Entrepreneurs to enter into Agro-Based Industries/ Food Processing Industries, Cold Chains and allied sector in the year of 2010.
Keeping in mind of above SPPCPL has requested to Small Farmers’ Agri-Business Consortium (SFAC) a concern of Ministry of Agriculture & Co-operation presently known as Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India for the empanelment as Project Consultant in the year of 2010. The request was accorded by the SFAC.
SPPCPL tried its best to achieve the core aims and objectives focused by SFAC on increased production and productivity, value addition, provision of efficient linkages between producers and consumers.
SPPCPL has done following jobs across different states on behalf of SFAC till association with SFAC ended in January, 2019 due to change of Government Policy:
- Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Food Processing Industries
- Inspection of various Food Processing Industries & Cold Stores
- VCA Promotion Seminars in the state of Punjab
- Verification of Farmers Producers Organisations (FPOs)
